Finish More Collar Chokes & Armlocks with a Powerful BJJ Principle

I got a BJJ question about collar chokes from Side Control. So in this video I share 2 of my favorite collar chokes from side control. But more importantly I share a principle that I use with chokes and arm attacks from every position.

The principle for Brazilian Jiu-jitsu is incredibly simple to understand. But when you implement it into your game you'll probably find that you finish both chokes and arm attacks with a higher rate of success.
