Redcliffe to Bribie Island in a Tecnam P92

Got an unexpected call from Rodger Saturday morning with an offer to go for a flight with him. I jumped at the opportunity and after a couple of touch and go's to knock the rust off, we flew over Deception Bay and headed over to Bribie Island.

Turned out to be a great flight. Beautiful weather and I got to try out my GoPro camera. Thanks Rodger!

The GoPro HD Hero camera was mounted under the right wing tip using a suction mount. The mount held very well and provided an interesting vantage point to shoot the video from.

Towards the end of the video you can see the lens fogging up in the middle and on the right side. The air in Brisbane is quite humid and the cooler air at attitude results in condensation. Mental note for next time - use the vented camera back or seal the camera in the freezer (dry air).
