Empowered Gem Boxes can be obtained by purchasing them from the Shadowy market using 1 Lunar Soul or by the Empowered Gem Box Edition tome or they can be bought for 1 Radiant Sovereign. The cache can be opened like Shadow Caches, and grants the player a random Empowered Gem.
