In 2006, The Partysquad with Extince, Jacqueline [Krezip] & Caprice performed their hit song "Ben Je Down" as the opening theme for the TMF Awards. The Partysquad, a Dutch electronic dance music group, known for their energetic and high-energy performances, brought the audience to their feet with their infectious beats and catchy lyrics. The song, which translates to "Are You Down," set the tone for the rest of the award show, getting the crowd pumped up and ready for the night's festivities. The Partysquad is a Dutch DJ production team. It consists of Jerry Leembruggen, Ruben Fernhout and Lorenzo Biemans. Since the early 2000s they have had 12 singles charting on the Dutch Top 40. They produced part of British rapper M.I.A.'s fourth and fifth albums, Matangi, released in 2013, and AIM, released in 2016.
