This was one of the first drinks from Shannon Mustipher's book that I wanted to make years ago, because it looked good and I had the glass, but I just never got around to it. The drink still has 7 ingredients, but reads as a more basic Tiki-style cocktail but it is far from basic. The main flavors are agricole and pot still rum with spice from the pimento dram and cinnamon. It's an excellent cocktail where the spice holds up to the intense rums.

1 oz Don's Mix (60 ml)
or:
- ½ oz grapefruit juice (15 ml)
- ¼ oz cinnamon syrup (7.5 ml)
- ¼ oz honey syrup (7.5 ml)
½ oz fresh lime juice (15 ml)
½ oz Pimento Dram (15 ml)
½ oz pot still Jamaican rum (15 ml)
1 oz rhum agricole blanc (60 ml)

Tiki: Modern Tropical Cocktails has a specific recipe for Don's Mix that is half grapefruit and half cinnamon honey syrup. That will be slightly different than mine, but this is close.
