Some big changes are being proposed in the newest devoloper diary for Stellaris! Paradox are changing the output of clerks in a big way. Are they worth it now? They are also bringing in some changes to resource & manufacturing buildings. And finally some more control coming to pop growth in Stellaris Nemesis. These changing are coming first to the beta, 3.0.3
