Midge Tip & The Bung - Stillwater Fly Fishing at Rosslynlee

This video features my recent trip up to Rosslynlee fishery, where I had the fishery to myself all day! Strange for a Saturday, but it was pretty windy!

In this video I am using a Rio 6ft midge tip line, as well as using the bung on my Orvis pro line.

Rods I am using are:

Vision Onki 9ft 6#- midge tip
Airflo super stikk comp 7#- Orvis pro line

I quickly found that the fish were around 3ft down, and demonstrate how I fish these methods.

I also touch on how using the bung can help beginners establish the depth the fish are feeding, and how you can then incorporate this into your tactics, and then switch to the countdown method.

I tested out some new fly patterns that I have been tying, and feature them in the video.
