Realtors do you want to register as a licensed realtor under Maharashtra's RERA? In this step, we will show you how to create your account.

These are the minimum documents you need to register as an individual agent on https://maharerait.mahaonline.gov.in/ as on 2nd May 2017.

1) Your PAN card copy in PDF
2) Your Aadhar card (just the number)
3) Your photograph in jpeg/png.
4) Self-certified copy of letterhead with rubber stamp in PDF
5) Acknowledgement receipts proposed to be used by you in PDF
6) Income tax returns of the last 3 years or declaration in PDF (There's provision to add multiple PDFs here)
7) Type of project, the name of the project and the promoter where you've sold an under construction property in the last 5 years. (Not compulsory and does not require any proof but it will help substantiate your credentials as an agent)

Note: We are expecting an additional step of email and phone number verification during creating your account.
