Etude #19 for Violin by Hans Sitt opus 32 Kim Kaloyanides Kennedy, violin

I created this as an example to my students what sound I wish for them to achieve while learning this etude. Similar to the Kreutzer 9 that I recorded earlier today, it is easy for the sound to get tight, the left hand to squeeze, the pitch to bend and the sound to become impure and opaque. It is sometimes difficult to stay even and elegant. This example would be considered a normal tempo, and I believe my dynamics are also within normal range (unlike the Kreutzer from today where I slowed way down and had a rather transparent sound to accommodate the amount of notes under the slur.) This etude is much easier because it is half as long and half as many notes under the slur allowing for much more freedom in the bow stroke. Left hand notes are also much easier to execute.
These days, teaching via zoom, it has become necessary to record examples to my students of the kind of sound I am hoping for from them. It may help others for me to publicly share via you tube. Please, help yourself if this seems useful to you or your students.
