Step 1. Register
Step 2. Check your email and read documents
Step 3 Make sure you have 2 small bowls and tea light candle ahead of time. (one heat/fire proof, one can hold water)
Step 4. print or Save copies of the meditations.
Step 5. Do the pre blessing exercies if you wish.


On the Womb Blessing Day
30 mins before Womb blessing time.

Step 1. Prepare your self and your space make it beautiful and special, music nearby, nice candle (be safe), flower, womb bowls, yoga mat, essential oils in a burner or insence. wear something that feels nice and feminine.

Step 2. Arrange a place to lie on your mat, with covers, cushions Shawl, etc

Step 3 Set up soft relaxing or soothing music to play in background.

Step 4. Light a tea light candle in one bowl, fill the other with water.

Step 5. 10 mins prior to Blessing time, Read or play The Womb Tree Meditation.

Step 6. Lie down for 20 mins and receive The Womb blessing energy.

Step 7. After 20 mins, Read The Sharing Mediation

Step 8. Drink from the bowl with water in.

Give thanks to your womb and the Divine Feminine
