Set-Up at the START of class:
- 2 Light Springs ON
- Handle Bars DOWN or OFF

Time for a little active recovery and stretch session on the Wunda Chair! Loosen up the shoulders, the back, the waistline and those hips, glutes and hamstrings with this 20-minute flow. While you are working on lengthening those muscles and releasing tension you will also be working on strengthening that deep core! BONUS!!
