Woman Arrested For OVI After Driving In Circles

Pepper Pike, Ohio -- An officer was in the area for another call when he noticed that a Lexus was driving in circles, the wrong-way, at a roundabout. He got behind the vehicle and tried to pull it over. The vehicle did not initially pull over and made several laps.

She was pulled over and put through SFSTs and was arrested for OVI. She was unable to complete a breath test at the station.

The driver, later identified as Angela Young, was charged with the following:
- OVI
- Wrong way / One way street
- Failure to comply with the order/signal of a police officer

She has plead not guilty.
