Oregon's #AshlandMountainChallange or Ashland Enduro was a race that I signed up for at the beginning of the year. This is a race I've long been curious about & it happened to fall on my Birthday October 5th. For this race I was lucky enough to sell my old bike and get the new Santa Cruz Megatower, a bike that I've tested a few times this year and fell in love with! Though the bike was built up on the 3rd and I only got one day of practice on it before the race I couldn't be more happy with the way the bike felt on it's very first ride over the freshest of dirt and snow I've ever seen for any set of trails. I was blown away by Ashland's trails and conditions for the time of year & will absolutely have to go back to race and ride these trails again in the future!
