Hey! Guys this workout is going to be insane & super amazing as , I include footwork & super easy core workout in between . You can follow along this video while working out & please tell me in comments if you need part 3 .

There is no tomorrow , I uploaded it now it’s your duty to follow it & give your best . Skipping even a single workout , stretch & warmup will lead you nowhere .

Importance of warmup before workout -

Warming up increases your heart rate and therefore your blood flow. This enables more oxygen to reach your muscles. A warm-up also activates and primes the connections between your nerve and muscles, which improves the efficiency of movement.



Importance of stretching before workout -

Theoretically, stretching before exercise should make the muscles more pliable and less likely to tear. But when studies have compared rates of injury or muscle soreness in people who stretch before exercise and those who don't, they have found little benefit to stretching.


Importance of footwork for all athletes -

One of the reasons footwork holds importance in sports is because it has the ability to reduce your risk of injury. With a better footwork and an improved position, you significantly decrease the loads you place on different parts of your body at risky angles.


Importance of core workout for all athletes -

The core is particularly important in sports because it provides “proximal stability for distal mobility”. The core muscle is a key factor that stabilizes the spine and trunk during exercise, while maximizing leg balance and athletic performance.
