The Kingkiller Chronicle | Another Chandrian?

In the ancient language of Temic predating Tema by over a thousand years, the word Chaen means seven. The name Chandrian then literally translates to seven of them. But is Haliax, Lord of the Seven included in their ranks? Also, what were to happen if someone were to kill a Chandrian? They would no longer be seven in number, necessitating the need for another to join them...
