In this video I show the mountain bike restoration and upgrade process that I did on a bike that was abandoned and had worn paint. I removed the old paint from the aluminum frame of this bike, sanded it, polished the frame of the bike and assembled it. And it was new again after the mountain bike restoration and upgrade. I improved the brakes and added other parts.
