The spirit of VIA is to look after each other. This isn't just encouraged, it's expected. It happens during the race, before the race, and after.

These three riders fought each other for 10th place, over 4,000km of racing, chasing each others' dots across Europe, yet they cared about the others more than the "top 10" placing.

VIA riders are more interconnected than any other event. They stop racing to check on each other and to encourage one another. You can see this in their photos, their videos, and you can hear their voices as they tell their stories.

From Marc to Gert Jan to Gregor to Alex - the VIA community's connections are infinite. We're all small parts in a bigger story which we're writing together.
