The coronavirus is affecting everyone's daily lives and panic levels are rising as supermarkets are continuously running out of stock, which I know is a pain as no one wants to eat tuna sandwiches everyday. I hope to ease the stress levels by showing everyone some easy to make but delicious recipes that can be made with whatever you have in your pantry.

In this first episode, I'm going to show you how to make a tuna patty burger. You can also make these patties in bulk, place them in the freezer after crumbing and fry when ready.

Servings: 1

Ingredients:
1 can Tuna
25g Cheese
1 Pickle
1 Egg
1 Small Carrot (you can sub out the carrots for corn)
1 Shallot (can be subbed for onion)
1 Spring Onion (not mandatory)
1 Bread Roll (can be subbed out for sandwich slices or sub rolls)
Tomatoes & Avo (can be subbed out for any other veggies)

材料:
1罐 吞拿魚
25g 芝士
1個 酸瓜
1個 雞蛋
1個 小紅蘿蔔 (沒有紅蘿蔔可以用玉米)
1個 火蔥 (也可以用洋蔥)
1條 蔥 (不是必須的)
1個 麵包 (可以用方包)
番茄和牛油果 (不是必須的,家裡有什麼菜都可以用)
