Soft Centered Chocolates .


Basic Chocolate Making

Ingredients :


Caramel Filled chocolate :

4 tbsp normal sugar
4 tbsp amul fresh cream

Melt sugar on slow flametill golden , do not stir till sugar melts n add cream , mix n cook for 1 min , cool n use as a filling .


Strawberry Cream Chocolate :


2 tbsp amul fresh cream
2 tbsp pd sugar
1 tbsp strawberry crush
a drop of pink colour
half tsp of corn flour

Mix all n cook on slow flame for 1 to 2 mins , cool and use as a filling.


Truffle Cream Chocolate :


3 tbsp of amul fresh cream
30 gms of dark chocolate .

In a pan heat together on slow flame , mix , if thick add little milk , if thin keep in fridge for 5 to 10 mins , use as a filling .


Coconut Cream Chocolate :


3 tbsp of pd sugar
2 tbsp of milk pd
2 tbsp of cream
4 tbsp of dessicated coconut
Mix all
N cook for 1 to 2 mins on slow gas.
If too thick add 1 to 2 tbsp of milk.
Cool and use as a filling.

Mint Chocolate :

2 tbsp amul fresh cream
4 tbsp pd sugar
10 to 12 polo mint crushed
drop of green colour
Mix n cook on slow flame for 1 to 2 min.
Cool and use as a filling .
