Well, this was a big waste of time but I hope you can learn something from this, I sure did. This is MCH-K305D bench power supply which does not produce output voltage and CC LED is constantly on indicating the short but there is no short. My final conclusion is that SG3525 is faulty and I deem it NO FIX for now, but I might be wrong about this so I will come back to this problem in the future.
