The Coca Cola International Leadership Trainee Program is a premium leadership program designed to challenge and transform young talented graduates into the next generation of leaders.

As a participant of the Coca Cola Leadership Trainee Program, you will gain international exposure and strong leadership experience to operate within one of Coca Cola across 29 countries.

Coca Cola International Leadership Trainee Program is an initiative that mixes a hands-on approach with support by Coca-Cola HBC Senior Leaders and building on top-notch formal learning.

The program targets high-caliber Gen Z individuals (Nigerians in-country or abroad) who want to learn fast and grow fast into future leaders in big companies.

During the training period, trainees are entrusted with the management of intricate strategic projects, equipping them with the skills and knowledge required for the next leadership layer.

To be considered for the Coca Cola Leadership Program, you must:

Possess a university degree or be able to commit fulltime to the program while studying

Demonstrate first leadership experience ( job, student association, NGOs, sports teams, started own business, etc.)

Be interested in growing as a leader in Commercial or Supply chain and drive impact in relevant business areas

Have built professional and leadership aspirations (additional trainings, seminars, workshops)

Be fluent in English, and literacy

Posses up to 3 years of formal working experience after graduation

Be ready to relocate to another country if required

Participation in extra-curricular activities or volunteering is an added advantage

Candidates who have lived in more than one country also have an added advantage

The Coca Cola International Leadership Trainee program runs for 18–24 months, starting in April 2026.

Selected applicants of the Coca Cola International Leadership Trainee Program will be paid a competitive monthly salary

They will be able to gain strong leadership skills required to work in multinational companies such as Coca Cola

The program will also give them international exposure to different countries, cultures, and languages

Certificates shall be issued to successful trainees upon completion
