This is similar to the clash system dialogues. Instead, Specific unique dialogues come from fight move, and throws. There's actually more dialogues in the game besides doing the clash system! If your thinking it's the same dialogue as the clash battle, it is surely not because they are different. Using all characters, and activating all characters dialogues.

What's a Clash System? Combines individualized cutscene cinematics with the process of betting meter.
A clash may be used to interrupt an opponent during a combo, and each player can only use it once after losing their first health bar. During the sequence, both players commit portions of their meter in secret, with the highest bidder winning the clash.
