Wongamat beach. Naklua Pattaya. You will find this beach situated off the Naklua main road. The easiest access point is Soi 18. Just up from the famous Dolphin Roundabout. You enter the Beach area next to Rim Talay Restaurant. To the left shaded areas, to the right, sunny area. Unlike Pattaya beach there are no Bars as such, as the beach front is hotel lined. You can get drinks from vendors though. The sea is nice and calm, and free from big power boats, although there is the occasional jet ski. there are safe areas for bathers, and it is family friendly. There are many food vendors coming round with drinks and fresh fruit, shrimps, spring rolls etc. To get there you can get a taxi, motor bike scooter, your own bike, or a Baht bus (10 baht) Second road to the roundabout, jump off, and on another one across the road along Naklua road to Soi 18 (10 baht) Soi 18 is quite a long walk to the beach but there are lots of places along there to grab a cold drink etc.
