Rim glass with salt
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Simple Syrup
2 oz. or 60 ml. Rum
Add ice and shake
Place four olives into bottom of glass
Strain drink into glass over olives

Malort Espressotini:
Build in glass
1 oz. or 30 ml. Malort
1.25 oz. or 37 ml. Simple Syrup
2 oz. or 60 ml. Coffee
1 oz. or 30 ml. Vanilla Vodka
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass

Titos+Soda+Cream+Lime:
Build in glass over ice
2 oz. or 60 ml. Vodka
Top with Seltzer
Splash of Heavy Cream
Splash of Lime Juice

Reality Mimosa:
Build in glass
1 oz. or 30 ml. Red Bull
Top with Champagne

Greg deserves this:
Build in class over ice
2 oz. or 60 ml. Tequila
Top off with sprite
1 bar spoon of sour cream
Stir to incorporate

Jäger Old Fashioned:
Build in glass
2 oz. or 60 ml. Jägermeister
1 bar spoon Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Stir
Garnish with Orange Twist
