Custom DELRIN BUSHINGS for BMR 1994-2004 Mustang Tubular A-Arms

In my 1 Year Review of BMR’s Tubular Spring Perch A-arms for 1994-2004 Mustangs, I mentioned that the poly bushings failed under autocross conditions. I needed a stronger alternative. A machinist and fellow autocrosser offered to make me a set of CUSTOM DELRIN BUSHINGS!

This video shows the extent of the poly bushing failure and highlights an issue with how the BMR poly bushings are lubed.
