Additionally, the bill could impose restrictions on everyday activities like travel and work. For instance, you could be legally mandated to stay home, wear protective gear like masks, or refrain from visiting certain places, even if you are not sick, based on public health authorities’ assessments. Businesses could be forced to close, and individuals may be compelled to stop working, leading to disruptions in daily life and income. These measures raise concerns about how much control the government and health authorities would have over personal freedoms in the name of public health protection.
