The wreck was deliberately sunk in 2012, last used by the Indonesian Coast Guard.
The wreck lies about 200m east of the access road to the main Kubu Reef. The friendly locals will carry your gear down to the beach to the entry point.
The wreck is pointed to towards shore and the bow sprint is in about 20m of water and the deck at the stern is in 30m, the bottom of the rudder on the sea floor is 35m+. Advanced divers only.
The video is made up of 2 separate dives on the same day, both morning and afternoon had little current, however much darker in the afternoon.
Once you have explored the wreck its a gentle ascent on the sea floor in a westerly direction, so you will then surface next to the access road.
