GTX1650ti in LATE 2024 WITH THERMAL ISSUES CPU - OVERHEATING GAMING

Room Temp around 30ºC

My laptop is 4 year's old with some thermal issues, I'm currently testing it out to see if I can reduce the temperature without needing to repaste it (it's very very costly to do so where I live). For some games the CPU Turbo Boost was disabled to help avoid overheating problems such as thermal throttling.
Also, I made some light level undervolting to prevent my PC from melting
