Is Moksha For Real ? What Really Is Moksha ? | P. G. Krishnan

Commenting on Krishnan statement in the thirteenth chapter of the Bhagavd Gita Kshetrajnam Chaapi Maam Vidhi Sarva Kshetrashu , Shankaracharya establishes the Central Philosophy of the Vedanta – Oneness Of the Jivataman and Paramatman. The second Objection the pUrvapakshi had on this Mahavakya is that the Sastras are futile if all Jivatmas are Paramatma ,as also the advaita stand that the Jivatmas are in ignorance in a Samsara that is Unreal .He also asserts that in their case the Moksha is “real “.
Assuming the pUrvapakshis stand itself in a unique move Called Abhyupedyavada , Acharya , in an interesting counter argument , forces the opponent to drop his claim that bandha and Moksha are real and accept that they are neither real nor unreal- Mithya.The logical fallacy in the Dualism tradition exposed as he reinstates the Mahavakyas as the central Philosophy of the Bhagavad Gita as well as the Upanishads .
