He is perhaps best known for his tenure as CEO of Orlando City SC, where he spearheaded the club’s rise in Major League Soccer (MLS), overseeing its entry into the league, its commercial and sporting strategy, and the establishment of Orlando Pride in the NWSL. His leadership played a crucial role in building the club’s fanbase, securing key sponsorships, and elevating its profile within the U.S. soccer landscape.

Today, Alex serves as the CEO of NEOM SC, leading sports development within Saudi Arabia’s ambitious NEOM project. His extensive background in club leadership, international football business, and strategic growth makes him one of the most influential executives in modern football.
