Flash vs Constant Light Photography | Which one is best?

Flash vs constant light photography is a question that photographers are asking themselves more than ever before, due to advances in LED technologies and hybrid shooters wanting to use one lighting system for both photos and video.

The answer to this question is not going to be the same for everybody, as this will largely depend on what you are photographing. Each lighting type has its advantages and disadvantages. Throughout this video, I will be discussing some of these main differences.

There is no clear winner when it comes to choosing between constant lighting and flash. My recommendation would be to use Strobes if you focus on doing photography. However, if you need to do both photography and video, constant lighting may be the way to go. I tend to switch between both systems depending on the project
