Inside Bar is one of the easiest candlestick patterns
It represents a short period of consolidation or pause on a lower timeframe where traders take their profits and also open more positions to either continue or reverse the trend.
When the 3rd candle breaks above or below the mother candle, that is the same as a break of structure or breakout of a range on a lower timeframe and usually causes a strong impulsive move in the direction of the break.
Inside bars can be traded on most timeframes but work best on hourly, make sure to trade is mostly with the trend and avoid it if it appears in a range!
