Il TSH si trova in un’area nevralgica del centro di Roma e si svilupperà in una struttura ibrida di 21.000 m² con camere d'albergo per i turisti, spazi di co-living per gli spiriti avventurosi, spazi di co-working per i nomadi digitali e un contesto creativo per gli imprenditori e gli abitanti del posto.

Nella realizzazione dell’edificio di 7 piani più un interrato, è stato adoperato il sistema di cassaforma modulare CC-4, fornendo circa 3.000 m² di materiale, che abbinato al sistema rampante BMK e alle piattaforme perimetrali da lavoro con sistemi di sicurezza integrati per il camminamento delle persone sul piano di lavoro, hanno permesso l’eliminazione del ponteggio di facciata risparmiando i tempi e ottimizzando i costi.

TSH is located in a key area in the centre of Rome. The development will consist of a 21,000 m² hybrid structure with hotel rooms for tourists, co-living spaces for adventurous, co-working spaces for digital nomads and a creative environment for entrepreneurs and locals.

For the construction of this building, with 7 floors and a basement, we used the CC-4 modular formwork system, providing around 3000 m² of material, which together with the BMK climbing formwork system and the perimeter working platforms with integrated safety protection systems for people walking on the work surfaces meant there was no need for facade scaffolding, saving time and optimising costs.
