3x3 Roux Speedsolving Method Overview (for CFOP Solvers)

Описание к видео 3x3 Roux Speedsolving Method Overview (for CFOP Solvers)

Roux is a great speedsolving method with a lower move count than CFOP, and also requires fewer algorithms. CFOP is more popular, but Roux users have consistently shown that these 2 methods have very similar potential.

► Roux Advantages:
- 40-50 moves on average (CFOP has 50-60)
- No cube rotations
- CMLL is only 42 algorithms (CFOP has 78)
- Besides CMLL, solves are fully intuitive

► Roux Disadvantages:
- Look ahead for F2B can be more difficult than F2L
- Average TPS (turns per second) is lower than CFOP at a high level
