The Angry Trader is a rather simple and quick quest, which can be started by talking with Tinos Drothan, who is located just east of Vivec (and west of Ald Sotha). He bemoans the fact that two of his guards stole his Raw Glass.

To complete this quest, go to Beshara (which is southeast of his position and south of Ald Sotha). Kill both Alvur Hleran and Dondir. Take the 10 pieces of Raw Glass from the chest. If you've done all three of these things, you will receive 5 levels of training in Merchantile. If you only brought the glass or missed one of the named targets, you will get a smaller reward.

No other glass will do for this quest. The five levels of training will not count towards your level progression.
