In this demo video it's demonstrated how this traffic bot sets traffic sources from social media sites and search engines in Google Analytics for a tumblr blog (which is inactive and doesn't receive an actual traffic).

Important sections of the video:
00:00 - As the program is started (pay attention to the JavaScript referrer checkbox in the Options window at the beginning), we can see multiple different traffic sources appear in Analytics.
04:24 - See how the 'blank' line at the end of the referrers list determines that at random sometimes a direct, non-referrer visitor will be created (to set it up, just have an 'extra' empty line in your referrers text file, or consult the bot's manual for the setup details)
08:51 - As the stop button is pressed (and no bot traffic is sent to this inactive blog) we can see that over time the number of visitors go back to 0 again.
