250g/ 8.8oz Plain Flour 0.13
Pinch of salt 0.00
30ml warm water 0.00
1 tsp Sugar 0.01
I packet Dried Yeast 0.08
80ml Milk 0.05
90g/3oz Plain Yogurt 0.19
2 Tbsp Veg Oil 0.04

Mix the yeast, sugar and warm water together and allow to stand for 10 mins.
In a bowl put the flour and salt then add the oil, milk, yogurt and yeast mix. Bring it together into a dough.
Knead the dough for 5 mins then set aside in a warm place for one hour.
After the dough has risen, knock the air out and divide it into 4 pieces.
Allow it to rest for another 10 mins and then roll the pieces out to about 4mm thick.
Cover the back with water and place in a hot dry frying pan. Cook for about 2 mins until bubbles start to appear. Then flip the pan over and cook the naan over the open flame until browned.
