Extremities is a progressive/groove metal band from Eindhoven, the Netherlands and was founded in 2015.

Their music can best be described as a tasteful mix between Textures, Gojira and Monuments. The songs are dynamic, combining heavy riffing with smooth ambient guitar melodies, and alternating between catchy clean hooks, often fast paced harsh vocals and even tonal screaming.

Extremities tears stages apart with their energetic live performance and leave the audiences amazed and hungry for more.

The band is coached by members of Textures, Epica, Within Temptation, Alkaloid and Apophys.

In 2016 they played Noorderslag and they won both the Metal Battle and the DMF Band battle. This year Extremities will play the following festivals: Dynamo Metal Fest, Stonehenge, Baroeg Open Air, Skullfest, Sneker Metal Meeting, Tattoofest and Angelfest Doetinchem and share the stage with artists such as Anthrax, At The Gates, Obituary, Zardonic, MaYaN and Textures.

Their debut single “The Human Conundrum” was recorded at Sandlane Recording Facillities and produced by Joost van der Broek(After Forever, The Gentle Storm).

The official lyric video for "Thousand Faces" and the debut EP will be released in july 2016.
