Can the Low Rider S or ST Handle Road Trips?

As a new(ish) rider on the 2023 Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST, I wanted to see how the bike handled on a highway day trip so I can determine if I could take this bike on longer trips. My buddy who is also joining, is taking his 2020 Low Rider S on our trip down to Pittsburg, KS. A nice day-trip to see how these bikes handle and if they can handle longer trips. Or I guess, if we can handle it!
