Here is my GBA cover of 'Magus Confronted' from Chrono Trigger. This song is also conmonly known as 'Battle with Magus.' This track was composed by Yasunori Mitsuda. This song prominently during Magus' boss fight in the Fiendlord's Keep, but is also featured in the Prophet ending.


Chrono Trigger is a 1995 role-playing video game by Square. It was originally released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System as the first entry in the Chrono series. The game's development team included three designers that Square dubbed the "Dream Team": Hironobu Sakaguchi, creator of Square's Final Fantasy series; Yuji Horii, creator of Enix's Dragon Quest series; and Akira Toriyama, character designer of Dragon Quest and author of the Dragon Ball manga series.


This cover was made using the soundfont of Fire Emblem: The Sacred Stones on the Gameboy Advance. I used AnvilStudio and FEBuilder in order to create this. The track is fully usable in potential ROM hacks.
