These might surprise you😮

Yes, I am a teacher, healer and guide, but I am also a person with my quirks!

Here’s some things you can expect to experience in my classes that might be a little unique, odd or surprising!

1️⃣ I make silly or dad jokes mid-practice... it surprising, odd and unexpected for myself as well — trust me 😆

2️⃣ I might accidentally kickstart Siri or Alexa during a deep moment... and I switched Siri off! I don’t even know how it happens📱

3️⃣ I ask students “How’s it going?” during class to check in and adjust the flow. I care both about structured and intuitive teaching, your feedback matters 💬

4️⃣ I always channel meditations, Shavasana moments, and often even the flow or sequences. I come in with structure and preparation but let intuition lead and build upon those ✨

5️⃣ I adjust students in Shavasana — if permission was granted — to help them relax further and enjoy fully 🙏🏻

6️⃣ I send healing and harmonizing energy during class, especially during the Shavasana part — in person, remotely, and in pre-recorded classes as well.
Energy healing goes above and beyond the limits of time and space 💖
