Choose to win, one choice at at time, with Tom Ziglar

Tom Ziglar is CEO of Ziglar and was the key collaborator on his father, Zig Ziglar’s, 30th book, “Born to Win.” Tom talks to Skip about his brand new book, “Choose to Win.” For 25 years, as CEO of Ziglar, Tom’s role was, in his words, “To put dad on the stage… be the ops guy and create the platform.” He tells Skip that the journey of creating his own, first book required him to discover his personal, unique speaking style, separate from his father’s. Then he had to purposefully stop reading other’s leadership books for more than a year before he picked up a pen, in order to make sure that the words and advice were truly his. What emerged was a simple yet compelling philosophy of success: one simple choice at a time can transform your life. Tom also talks to Skip about how the “why” of what you do will always drive how you do it, which then ultimately transforms what you choose to do.
