Objective: Upset Khabib fans

Today we are creating the GOAT Pyramid, instead of a list or ranking system, we are going to organise fighters into Tiers. Each Tier steadily gets better and better in terms of the fighters, achievments, skills, and peak. Taken into consideration will be the Era that they fought in.
