This is a commercial for Capri-Sun. This commercial is highlighting the fact that it "now" (back in 2008 when this was recorded) has 20% less sugar and no artificial sweeteners.

Capri-Sun is a brand of juice concentrate–based drinks manufactured by the German company Wild and regional licensees. Rudolf Wild invented the drink in 1969 and introduced it in West Germany as Capri-Sonne (a name retired in favor of the English name in 2017). It is now sold in over 100 countries, with licensees including Kraft Foods in the United States (as Capri-Sun, as in this commercial).

This commercial poses the question of what would happen if a lifeguard had 25% less ramp to his lifeguard tower. The answer given is that he will fall... much to the glee of the boy watching on the beach. The ramp seems to have recently been removed as there is a row of cones along the ramp.

Other things I notices, there is a longboard (a type of surf board) propped up against the tower (not sure it it's just decorative of functional) and the lifeguard has a "can" (terminology I know from watching Baywatch).

This commercial was recorded on June 18th, 2008 on the Sci-Fi Channel during a rerun of the classic Twilight Zone episode "Mute."
