-We have gathered a collection of video shorts from our previous journeys including video footage thanks to our variety of colleagues. (You are all greatly appreciated!)
Enjoy an entertaining variety of passenger trains celebrating Amtrak's 53rd anniversary.
There will be a big variety of special powered units. All Superliner trains shown are the California Zephyr, unless labeled otherwise. All single-level trains are the Cardinal.
-Sunrise shots to inspire the imagination are provided by Derek Brown, as you will see.
-Empire Builder shorts by Ryan Ellis are exciting and beautiful, and Steve Uelner provides a double-take rare catch: A double Eastbound train after a derailment passes the Westbound train. Steve indicated it was simply fate. We are glad fate smiled upon you!
-Linda Trent's love for the Cardinal shows with her multiple catches of it kicking it thru West Virginia.
-Thomas Sumney was the first we were aware of to catch the 203 in regular service on the Cardinal at Charleston, WV.
-Damien Clark also loves chasing trains, and shares on with the 203 Eastbound on the Cardinal.
-Seth Reynolds shares a rarity: 203's first move after being repainted in Beech-grove, IN.
We hope you enjoy this, the first of multiple videos featuring various consists, power units, and train lengths. This one is for more flat areas, including the Great Plains.
