How slavery is a way of life in some pockets of Arunachal Pradesh

In Arunachal's East Kameng district, for generations, the Nyishi & Miji tribes have 'owned' members of Puroik community. In March 1999, the district administration passed an order banning the feudal practice after over 3000 Puroiks were found to as 'bonded labourers'. But, 23 years on, members of the tribe continue to be 'bought'. Watch this ground report by ThePrint's Angana Chakrabarti.
