Prof.Juan Kanapi shares his perspectives on Transformational Leadership in Learning Communities as an extension of Bridging Leadership. He shares how Otto Scharmer points out that in the face complex problems, best practices from the past are no longer adequate for navigating and developing solutions for the future.

He explains how belief systems and mental models keep people stuck in behaviors that produce the problem, and that techniques can be developed to liberate individuals from such mental models so that they can learn from the emerging future.
