She is a certified Gemologist, Diamond Grader, and Jewelry Designer, trained at the Indian Institute of Gems and Jewellery (IIGJ) and Delhi Gem and Jewellery Institute (DGL). With over 9 years of experience, she has expanded her skills to become a certified Business Coach, empowering women to start or scale their businesses. Shweta advocates for financial independence as a key to women's empowerment, promoting entrepreneurship for self-reliance and personal growth. She co-authored a book with Brian Tracy, emphasizing lifelong learning and growth.
