Dual Power - used Garmin VIRB to overlay the dual power source (Favero Assioma Duo power pedals), timed the Zwift power pretty close to the .fit file from Garmin.

Still dropping ZRS and still getting dropped.

Race and Route Recon: Casse Pattes starts extremely flat and it stays flat for the first 12 km or so - at which point you will come across Aqueduct KOM Reverse. This KOM is short - there's more climbing before the start of the actual KOM. Lay down power here - it is not out of the question that you can be dropped here. As always, the finish of the KOM is not where you lay off the power. On the contrary, carry and push all the way through. I think more people get dropped right after the KOM finishes. You are not going to have a lot of rest. In a few minutes, you'll have Petit KOM - this is a 2.7 km climb. It is not steep, but it is decisive. Expect a hard 5-7 minute effort. After you hit the KOM finish banner, there's a little bump - then it's all down hill to the finish line.

Bike Selection: For heavy riders - don't go lightweight. I see too many heavier riders go immediately to lighter weight setups - I'm positive that aero is faster in these types of routes. Aero will benefit you far more in inclines less than 6%.

These are all fast races, with really strong riders. At times, we hit over 50 kph on the flat sections. I was pushing 400+ watts just to stay in - so that means the front was liking pushing 6+ w/kg during these attacks.
