Mysore Chamundi Hills | Biggest Nandi Statue | Chamundeshwari Temple History | Karnataka Vlog 3

Hello Everyone! Namaste!!
We are back with our New Vlog, its continuation of our Karnataka-One State, Many Wonders! travel series .
In this vlog we went to visit famous Chamundeshwari Temple watch the video see beauty and history . it is a Hindu temple located on the top of Sacred Chamundi Hills which is about 13 km from the city of Mysuru in the state of Karnataka in India . This temple, is of great antiquity, has a background of over 1,000 years.
About halfway down the hill we stopped to visit the statue of big bull Nandi. The statue, reckoned to be at least 350 years old. It is carved out of single black granite rock , measuring about 15 ft in height and 24 ft in width. Also the journey through Chamundi Hills was serene and calming. The roads are beautiful, well built, wide, well managed and from Chamundi hills you can get the birds eye view of Mysore city.
